EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! BEST AUTO SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!! I can't thank the team at AAMCO (Kitchener) enough for making my experience so easy and enjoyable! Since under new management, I've seen a major improvement in the service, quality of work, price competitiveness, and overall experience. This is by far the best auto service I've ever received. They give constant progress updates and helped with transportation when it was needed. Competitive pricing, honest feedback and recommendations, outstanding workmanship, etc. Thanks again for making an "unfortunate" situation with my transmission so rewarding and stress-free! AAMCO Transmissions on Manitou is a trustworthy, reliable auto repair shop that exceeded all of my expectations. Both Jordan and Moe went completely out of their way to explain each problem to me and made sure I actually understood each problem in layman's terms. All work was done extremely quickly, efficiently and was affordable. AAMCO was also able to offer me an extended payment plan, which was ideal. This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop and I would definitely recommend AAMCO on Mantiou to anyone in the area! Service Excellent
I had my car in for a transmission rebuild. They took a look at the transmission and told me what was wrong with it for free. The staff was the most kind staff I have ever had work on my car. The car was done on time as promised. I was always updated as to what was going on with my car. I also got my car oil sprayed which was a bonus. I didn't even no they did that. I would recommend this location (AAMCO Kitchener) on Fairway to everybody I know. Again, thank you for making my transmission rebuild a positive experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They also do everything else that you could possibly want done or need done to your car. By the way the coffee was the best I have ever had
EFFICIENT/KNOWLEDGEABLE AAMCO Transmissions on Fairway was far the best service I have seen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great indoor waiting area, with coffee and magazines. I called many car places and AAMCO beat every price. I would greatly recommend checking them out, I had a great experience and will be a repeat customer.
I had some problems with my Audi S4. I got a price of $1800 from another place I had been using for years. I took it to Jordan over at AAMCO and his quote was $1200. They did a great job and even cleaned my car! If your looking for an honest place to take your car the AAMCO in Kitchener is a great choice.
GREAT SERVICE AND THE BEST PRICES! I recently had my brakes done at AAMCO and I am so happy I chose them to service my car. I was treated with respect, offered a coffee while I waited and the manager offered me the car service to transport me home.
AAMCO in Kitchener is always a preferred choice for me to get work done on my vehicles. I am always more than satisfied with their service from a simple oil change to a full transmission overhaul. Even when I need to get something done in a pinch they make sure I get the service I need. This location is one that really puts the customer first. Highly recommended!
BEST AUTO REPAIR CENTER IN KITCHENER WATERLOO REGION!! As a girl, lacking knowledge about cars, I am typically very hesitant to go to an auto repair shop on my own, as I find it very difficult to find a trustworthy, reliable auto repair shop. However, AAMCO completely changed my mind! AAMCO met and exceeded all of my expectations. At AAMCO, Jordan and Moe, both went completely out of their way to explain each problem to me and made sure I actually understood what exactly was going on with my car. Not only that, they actually took me inside the garage to show me what was wrong. AAMCO really went out of its way to ensure I was comfortable with any work being done on my car. All work was done extremely quickly, efficiently and was affordable. Moreover, AAMCO is a clean comfortable auto repair shop, with coffee and magazines to enjoy while waiting! 5 stars really isn't good enough for these guys. They exceeded every expectation I had. They were detailed and caring and patient. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent, absolutely top notch service is rare these days. Thank you.
Update: March 1st Eric got in touch with me and offered to fix the remaining issue for free ($300 value). The job is scheduled for March 8th. I upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars. Would've gladly gave a 5 star review should that offer was made before the original review was made. Overall, I'm satisfied with the way Eric addressed my concerns. Original review: February 24th Don't go there for ANYTHING but transmission-related issues. I went there for front suspension noises. Two visits and $1300 later, the noise is still there. Save your money and go to a real mechanic shop!
